Yay! Autumn/Winter means dark, vampy and plum shades. Always. I am totally loving nude shades at the moment too, as the perfect bit of polished glam. Here are some of my fave picks for the cooler weather!

Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure - Cafe Au Lait
Pretty nude shade that is perfect over a french tip or on its own (you'll need about 3 coats for opacity).  A pretty touch to a professional or minimalistic outfit.
RRP $14.95

Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure - So Much Fawn
My favourite nude pink for a long time now, it's a dusty-browny rose shade that looks flattering on every skin colour.
RRP $14.95

Revlon Parfumerie - Autumn Spice
As the name suggests this is a really pretty autumnal shade. Its a deep brown-black that has red/gold shimmer flecked through it. Very effective on the nails, plus it is scented! You can't miss the beautiful cinnamon scent.
RRP $15.95

OPI Nail Lacquer - Skyfall
A beautiful deep maroon reminiscent of the Bond Movie Skyfall. So vampy and matches perfectly with similar shades on the lips. The quality and formula of this polish is perfect too.
RRP $19.99

Colour Theory Nail Polish - Isle of Red
A more affordable alternative to Skyfall, but with a slightly warmer tone. Berry looks flattering on all skin tones and is perfect for warming up your winter wardrobe. Fits into the nautical theme perfectly.
RRP $4.00 from Amcal and Guardian pharmacies

Ulta3 Nail Colour - My Macaroon
This one has incredible vamp factor - it appears almost black when layered up but it's the deepest, coolest plum shade ever. Really like this one for a statement.  Super affordable too.
$2.30 at selected pharmacies
